The descon® unides easy is an ideal solution for new constructions, providing on-site chlorine production. All that is needed is a measurement and control system with a measuring section, such as the descon® trol R pro select.

When chlorine is requested by measurement and control technology, the electrolysis system draws circulating water and brine from an external container into the cell and produces exactly the required amount of chlorine just in time. This ensures a rapid increase in chlorine levels in the pool while keeping consumption to a minimum. In addition, there is no need for complex storage of chlorine canisters on site, offering customers a high level of safety.

Main Features

Brine tank:

Salt tablets are dissolved in the external salt container and not in the pool, which prevents unnecessary salt consumption during the backwashing of the filtration system and reduces the risk of corrosion.

Limescale prevention:

The pH regulation with descon® Conditioner is carried out by dosing before the electrolysis cell, effectively preventing the formation of limescale deposits. At the same time, the pH value in the water is adjusted to the desired set point.

pH-priority:

If the system receives a pH impulse during chlorine production, the chlorine production is immediately stopped.

Electrolysis output:

approx. 50 g of free chlorine per hour - rapid increase in chlorine levels

The descon® unides easy can also be easily integrated into existing systems. It simply needs to be connected to the existing measurement and control technology. All that is required is a small extraction point for the filtrate water and injection points for the produced chlorine and the conditioner.

When a pH reducer is requested by the measurement and control system, the dosing pump for the specially developed conditioner is activated. This not only lowers the pH value but also cleans the electrolysis cell in the process, thereby extending the cell’s service life.
